Tchaktchouka. Chakchouka (also called shakshouka) is a Tunisian and Israeli dish of tomatoes, onions, pepper, spices, and eggs. It's usually eaten for breakfast or lunch, but I think it's tasty anytime. Tchaktchouka is a very tasty Algerian dish but also popular across North Africa in general.

  3. Ajoutez la tomate concassées et concentré avec 1 verre d'eau moyen, mélanger, laisser mijoté 10min à couvert..
  4. Ajouté un peu d'eau si besoin, rectifié l'assaisonnement si tout est OK, mettre les œufs couvrez 3 min..
  5. C'est prêt ! 😀 Mettez du persil frais hachée ! On l'accompagne souvent avec des frites maison 😋.
