- Prepare 400 g of du farine.
- It's 1 of /² verre d'huile.
- You need 1 c of à c du levure chimique.
- It's 1 c of à s levure boulangère.
- Prepare 1 c of à c du sel.
- You need 1 of oeuf.
- Prepare 1 litre of d'eau tiède.
- It's 100 g of du Nigel.

Brioche vienoise instructions
- Dans un saladier mettez votre farine incorporez ajoutez le sel la levure chimique la levure boulangère ajoutez du Nigel de l'eau Tiède puis ajôutez de l'œuf.
- Mélangez bien à l'aide d'une spatule ramassez vôtre pâte fôrmez des bôules et laissez la repôser pendant 15 mn fôrmez vos brioche forme boudin badigeonné avec un pinceau.
- Ajoutez les graines du Nigel.
- Enfôurnez pendant 25 minute à 200°.
