- Passer sous l eau votre flexipan(moule en silicone).
- Préchauffer le four à 210°.
- Remplir les empreintes au 3/4.
- Cuire 10mn à 210°, puis 1h à 180°(ou jusqu'à a ce que les cannelés soient bien dorés).
- Laisser reposer environ 5mn avant de démouler. Et laisser refroidir pour la dégustation.
